  18. I am strongly opposed to the subject rule change.  I believe that 
  19. it would provide an unfair advantage for the regional Bell telephone 
  20. companies at the expense of both the current communications network 
  21. suppliers and current computer users.

  23. I request that this proposed rule change be abolished and that the 
  24. current system be maintained.
